Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of the STANDARD and PREMIUM Membership.

Please note that any abuse of these Terms may result in the termination of your Membership.
PREMIUM AND STANDARD MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership is only open to hobby dog breeders and owners. Commercial breeders and/or puppy dealers/farmers memberships are not accepted.
TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK endorses responsible pedigree dog breeding and expects its members to conform to the applicable specific breed club values and principles.
The Kennel Affix you register with us must be an official and recognized valid Kennel Club Affix.
TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK strongly endorses health testing to improve the quality of all breeds and expects all relevant health checks for your dogs to be carried out.
Any member found not to be acting in the best interests of their dogs will have their membership terminated.
We expect you to take responsibility for the accuracy of all the information you provide for your profile.
The website link you provide for your profile must be your own and not a commercial dog related site.
Effective date
These Terms become effective on the date you agree to them by completing the information required to pay for membership.

STANDARD membership is free.

PREMIUM membership payment terms

Payment terms apply to PREMIUM members only
12 months Membership to TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK Premium membership will be paid at the time of your Premium registration, or upgrade to Premium from Standard membership. The fee includes charges related to use of the Premium membership features and any other features introduced during the course of the one year membership.

The cost shall be determined by TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK and we reserve the right to make changes without notice, due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation.

The Member is responsible for payment of the annual fee at the time of renewal. If at any time a payment due is not made by the Member, TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your Membership.

Although every care will be taken to prevent downtime, Members will not be entitled to credit or a refund for times when TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK is experiencing downtime or otherwise unavailable.

The Member is responsible for and must provide all computer, telephone and other equipment and services necessary to access the membership facilities. In addition, the Member is responsible for any access charges incurred through on-line services, telephone companies, or Internet service providers used in obtaining access to their TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK membership.
Termination by Member
You may terminate at any time which also terminates these Terms. To terminate you can either notify us or let your membership expiry at the renewal date. After receipt of your termination notice, we will close your account. No refund will be given if you decide to terminate membership midway through your year's subscription.

Termination by TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK
We may terminate your Membership at any time in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the Member or anyone accessing TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK using the Member's User Name. TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK, at its sole discretion, may also terminate this Agreement at any time without cause, and may suspend access to TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK with or without notice, to any user. No refund will be given.

TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK reserves the right to cancel the subscription of a member at any time, and with no prior notice, due to an illegal or an immoral or an offensive to the public use of the website, its content, or it's products, or due to a violation of copyrights or any spiritual asset of a third party, or due to any damage caused to any person or party, or due to a use which contradicts the website's interests or for any other reason which damages the website or any third party.
Member responsibilities
Members may authorise minors to access their Member account, using the Member's User Name, but the Member is responsible for supervising any activity using the Member's User Name and accepts any actions taken that affect  the Member's account by a minor.

The Member is responsible for keeping their password and account details confidential. The Member agrees to notify TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK of any unauthorized use of the Member's password or account or any other security breach.

TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Member's failure to comply with these provisions.
In no event will TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK, its employees, directors, or anyone else associated with TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK be liable for any damages caused to the subscribed member, due to the use of the website, it's content or services, including direct or indirect damages, or damages caused to a third party.

The website reserves the right to cancel the subscription of a member at any time, and with no prior notice, due to an illegal or an immoral or an offensive to the public use of the website, its content, or it's products, or due to a violation of copyrights or any spiritual asset of a third party, or due to any damage caused to any person or party, or due to a use which contradicts the website's interests or for any other reason which damages the website or any third party.

IMAGE UPLOAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When uploading or contributing an image to TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please DO NOT upload or contribute an image in any way.
1. You acknowledge that you own the copyright, or have the copyright owners written permission to upload the images and have full rights to copy, transmit and display the image in any media, on this website or any other.
2. You acknowledge that the image does not infringe on any copyright, property right, trademark or any other applicable right.
3. You agree to accept all liability for the legality of content you submit and will not hold TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK responsible for any damages that result.
4. You agree that TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK cannot be held responsible for the misuse or abuse of any image you upload to this site.
5. You should not use TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK as a storage point for your images and ensure you have a duplicate version off site. Every effort is made to provide a stable and permanent website, but if unforseen problems wipe out our content users have no right to demand anything of TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK.
6. All photographs submitted to the TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject any photo as we see fit. Any photographs that we consider to be objectionable will be deleted.
Reason for possible deletion includes abusive, obscene, slanderous, threatening, pornographic and law breaking images. In using the TOPSHOWDOGS.CO.UK you agree not to post any of the above objectionable images. Doing so may lead to you being banned from our site and your service provider being informed.
7. There should be no forms of advertising on images submitted to the gallery or they risk being removed.
